Trouble placing your order?

If you are having trouble placing your order, please try using a different device or browser, as that usually resolves the issue.  If you continue to experience problems, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to:  https://libertyfellowshipmt.com/Store.aspx.   
     
  2. Find the item(s) you would like to purchase.  Click the Buy Now button located under the item’s picture to add it immediately to your shopping bag. 
    1. To see a description of the item, click on the item picture.  If you would like to purchase the item, click the Add to Bag button.
       
  3. When you are ready to check out, go to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the Open bag icon at the top of the screen (to the right of the search box). 
    1. If you are using a mobile device, you may have to scroll to the right to see the icon.
       
  4. Click Checkout
     
  5. Enter your shipping information and click Continue.
     
  6. On the following Payment Details page:
     
    1. Choose payment method (check or credit card)
       
    2. Enter your e-mail (or sign in if you have an account)
       
      1. If you enter an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email, as well as an email with your tracking number once it is available.
         
    3. Create a password:  This is OPTIONAL. 
       
      1. If you decide to create an account, please write down your password.  We do not have access to any passwords. 
         
      2. If you do not want to create an account, leave the field empty.
         
    4. Enter billing address.  If it is the same as your shipping address, click the box that says, “My billing address is the same as shipping.” The fields will automatically populate.
       
    5. Click Continue.
       
  7. Payment
     
    1. Credit Card Payment
       
      1. If you chose to pay by credit card on the previous step, enter your card information.  
        1. If your card number, expiration date or card code is incorrect, or if the billing address you entered does not match the billing address on your card, you will not be able to press the “Pay” button.  Please make sure you have entered all of the information correctly.
           
        2. *We accept all major credit card and debit cards, as well as gift cards by Visa or MasterCard.  If the system does not accept your card information, please contact your card provider.
           
      2. Click Pay.
         
      3. At the top of the next screen, you should see the words, Thank you for your payment.  Click Continue.
         
      4. At the top of the next screen, you should see the words, Your order has been placed.  If you do not see these words, your order did not go through.
         
      5. If you entered an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email
         
    2. Check or Money Order Payment
       
      1. If you chose to pay by check on the previous step, you will see the details of your order and the total amount due. 
         
      2. Click Place Order
         
      3. At the top of the next screen, you should see the words, Your order has been placed.  If you do not see these words, your order did not go through.
         
      4. Please make a note of your order number and write it on the check.  With your check, please include either the printed confirmation page or a note listing the items you are ordering.
         
      5. Make the check out to Chuck Baldwin Live and mail it to Chuck Baldwin Live, PO Box 10, Kila, MT 59920
         
      6. Once we receive your check, we will ship your order to you
