ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Order Processing:
Order Processing Timeline: The Chuck Baldwin Live and Liberty Fellowship Online Stores are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders may take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of the order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of the order. No additional shipping will be charged for the second shipment.
Shipping Policies:
Domestic Orders: Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please see the item description in our online store to determine if additional shipping is required. (Shipping charges listed in the item description are for DOMESTIC orders only.)
If you are unable to receive mail via USPS, please contact us at office@chuckbaldwinlive.com prior to placing your order.
International Orders: International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. If ordering by mail, please go to our online store and calculate shipping fees by going through the checkout process (on the payment screen, choose "pay by check").
Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number for the order will be emailed to the customer when the shipping label has been printed. Please track your shipment, as Chuck Baldwin Live and Liberty Fellowship are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shiping Address / Change of Shipping Address: Customer is responsible for providing their correct shipping address in their order. If the provided shipping address results in the shipment being returned to us ("return to sender," "address unknown," etc.), the customer will be required to pay for shipping fees associated with resending the package to the correct / new address.
If a product is damaged in transit back to us, no refund will be issued.
